Clapp Communications, an award-winning advertising, marketing, and public relations firm, today announced they received awards at the 2018 Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Best in Maryland Awards gala for Events and Observances Longer Than Seven Days and Media Relations – For Profit.
The agency earned the Best in Maryland, Events and Observances Longer Than Seven Days, for generating significant local media coverage of client Belair Road Supply (BRS)’s Centennial Anniversary with the goal of increasing awareness of their business, services and longevity in the markets they serve. Belair Road Supply is a family-owned and operated construction trades supplier serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1917.
In addition, Clapp Communications received an Award of Excellence in Media Relations – For Profit for introducing client Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) Mid-Atlantic’s new president, Duff Rubin, to the region, positioning him as a thought leader and expert in residential real estate sales and trends. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a leading residential real estate brokerage company with 30 sales and resort rental locations and more than 2,100 affiliated agents serving the communities of Greater Baltimore, Greater Washington, D.C., including Northern Virginia, and the Maryland and Delaware beaches.
